Eligibility & Criteria in Evaluating GPOHEF Scholarship Application.

1. GPOHEF - Scholars Program is open to Junior, Secondary and matriculated undergraduate full - time University / College applicants who are residents and citizen of Nigeria.
2. Applicants must have exhibit exemplary academic performance,, a strong drive for success, and a genuine passion for their chosen field of study.
3. Applicants must provide awards or must have excel in certain extra- curricular pursuits. i. e community service, arts, sports and music respectively.
4. GPOHEF - Ensures scholarship are awarded to those applicants who are facing financial hardships or genuinely need financial assistance to pursue their education. Hence,applicants must provide authentic documentation that verifies his / her financial need.
5. Applicants educational and career goals must be in aligned with the mission of the scholarship program and areas in which the foundation is deeply engaged.
6. GPOHEF - Requires personal statement and essays from applicants to check an applicant's originality,creativity,clarity, coherence and development but maintain an objective approach.
7. Two letter of recommendation are require from applicants teacher, professors, or employers who can vouch for your academic abilities, character, credibility and authenticity.
