GPOHEF main focus area is the employability skills training where it teaches personal social skills, job – related soft skills like empowerment and job creation.

Greatway Football Academy Summer holiday vocational training to members of the Academy has a compulsory option to choose from between four available vocations:

Barbing
Photography & Videography.
Computer related work i.e Graphic Design, Engineering and so on.
Making of soap, izar, insecticides, harpic, perfumes, hypo, shampoo e.t.c.

Couple with others main focus of GPOHEF has help them develop their skills and become productive members of the society.
